All our books are sent out second class Royal Mail on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. If your order is urgent, please contact richard@tangentbooks.co.uk. Tangent Books supports the industrial action by postal workers to safeguard the future of Royal Mail. We believe that if the company can afford to pay a dividend to its shareholders, it can afford to improve pay and conditions for its workers. However, the industrial action will inevitably lead to delays and a backlog. Please be patient.
BREXIT
All racists voted for Brexit, but not everybody who voted for Brexit is racist.
Tangent Books recognises that the European Union has many faults. However, we cannot align ourselves with the racists, xenophobes and far-right libertarians who voted for Brexit.
On a practical level we are no longer able to ship to the European Union because of the complexities of dealing with VAT regulations and import duties for all member states.
Please don’t try to find a way around the block on deliveries to EU countries. It is possible that your order will be returned or you will be liable for import duties. We will refund any EU orders that slip through.
